As the festive season approaches, we are reminded of the true spirit of Christmas – a time for giving, sharing, and spreading joy. For many, this season is filled with family gatherings, delicious meals, and the excitement of opening gifts. However, for countless orphans, vulnerable children, and communities in Uganda, Christmas is often a time of hardship and struggle.

With your help, over the past few Christmases, we have been able to transform lives in Uganda. We have provided food, shelter, education, and healthcare to those who need it most, bringing hope and joy to countless individuals, families and communities.

But there is still more we can do.

This year, we are aiming to reach even more vulnerable children, families and communities in Uganda, providing them with the essential support they need to thrive. With your generous donations, we can:

• Provide nutritious meals to 49 families – 178 children and 105 adults

In Uganda, Christmas is a time of celebration, but for many, it can be a real struggle to provide even the necessities.

This year we want to provide 49 families - that’s 178 children and 105 adults - with 6 meals each for the Christmas festivities. That’s 3 meals a day for two days for just £9.70 per person - or just £1.62 per meal.

Our target is to raise £56 for each family, a total of £2,744.

• Provide nutritious meals at the Children’s Home for the season’s celebrations

Help provide food for Christmas and New Year for 50 children and staff at the Children’s Home.

Our target is to raise £12 for each child and adult at the Children’s Home, a total of £600.

Together, we can create a Christmas feast: Provide food for those at the Home and brighten their holiday

• Provide a Christmas Party for 52 children and 14 staff, including entertainment and food

We are delighted to announce that we are planning a very special Christmas party for the children from the Home and those we support in the local community. We want them to experience a day of fun, laughter, and joy at an outdoor play centre filled with outdoor toys, swimming pools, a bouncy castle, face painting, popcorn, ice cream, and much more.

We believe that all children deserve the chance to experience the joy of Christmas, and we are committed to making this year's party a truly special occasion. This is a time for these children to be surrounded by love, laughter, and the spirit of the season.

We are asking for your generous donations to help us make this party a reality. Every pound you donate will help us cover the cost of the party, including transportation, food, and activities.

Our target is to raise £15 for every child and adult, a total of £990.
